
PHILANTHROPY
Through the years, as TWA Clipped Wings International grew, our purpose expanded. The concept of a Unified Charity was introduced at the 1958 convention.
From that point through 2003 we raised over $700,000 and contributed to many philanthropic causes, including Project Hope, Human Growth Foundation, Alzheimer's Association, Multiple Sclerosis, and Operation Liftoff.
Beginning in 1980, we supported education through a TWA Clipped Wings scholarship for members and their children.
Today we encourage everyone to support the legacy of Trans World Airlines with financial donations to the TWA Museum, in Kansas City, Missouri. If you would like to donate, please contact the museum :
