PHILANTHROPY

Through the years, as TWA Clipped Wings International grew, our purpose expanded. The concept of a Unified Charity was introduced at the 1958 convention.

From that point through 2003 we raised over $700,000 and contributed to many philanthropic causes, including Project Hope, Human Growth Foundation, Alzheimer's Association, Multiple Sclerosis, and Operation Liftoff.

Today, we are proud to encourage education for future generations with the

      TWA Clipped Wings Scholarship Fund.

Since 1980, we have awarded over $82,000 in scholarships.

Candidates may request an application for the scholarship from the local Chapter Presidents.  Applicants must be a current member, or a child, grandchild, or great-grandchild of a current member.

The scholarship is awarded annually and is funded through dues and memorials.

Please consider a donation to our scholarship fund through chapter donations, special occasions or in memory of a TWA Clipped Wings member. These donations ensure funds for our future recipients.
